The dates for BOTH fundraisers will be to turn in orders on Saturday, February 14th (9 am - Noon) and pick up orders on Saturday, February 28th (9 am - Noon).  Note that the date on the flyer in your box is different - the above dates are correct.
 
You will need a separate check for each fundraiser - only 1 check per family per fundraiser! 
 
HyVee/Price Chopper Coupon Books are $5; with $4 profit going to your individual Booster Club account.

               

Show Me Fundraiser Cards are $10; with $5 profit going to your individual Booster Club account.

You may get order forms for each at the studio in your box.

LETTER OF INTENT

I __________________________, PARENT OF _____________________, A MEMBER OF THE STEPPIN OUT COMPANY; ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE COMPANY BOOSTER CLUB STANDING RULES, AND THE BY-LAWS HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE FOR MY OBSERVATION; AND HEREBY UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF THE STEPPIN OUT COMPANY BOOSTER CLUB. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY PARTICIPATION WILL IN NO WAY AFFECT MY CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN THE STEPPIN OUT COMPANY BUT ACTS AS A SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR MY CHILD AND THE OTHER MEMBERS OF STEPPIN OUT COMPANY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT EXPENSES MAY BE PAID BY THE BOOSTER CLUB ON MY BEHALF CONTINGENT UPON THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PERCEPTION OF THE BOOSTER CLUB FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN THE GENERAL FUND, OR FROM OUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT BASED UPON OUR INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION IN FUNDRAISING EFFORTS. HOWEVER, I REALIZE I AM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE TO STEPPIN OUT – THE STUDIO FOR TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL MY CHILD’S EXPENSES TO THAT ENTITY.

BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEE IS $30.00 AND INCLUDES: GENERAL E-MAILS, THE OPPORTUNITY FOR INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISERS AND VOLUME SERVICES (CENTERPLATE), COMPANY DIRECTORY AND COMPANY T-SHIRTS.

EACH MEMBER FAMILY WILL BE ASSESSED A MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $30.00 TO BE PLACED IN THE OPERATING FUND.

IT IS THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE COMPANY BULLETIN BOARD, FOLDERS OR E-MAIL FOR INFORMATION REGARDING MEETINGS, FUNDRAISERS AND SIGNUPS.

THE FUNDRAISING CHAIRPERSON AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL DIRECT EACH INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING EFFORT. THE FUNDRAISING CHAIRPERSON MUST SUBMIT EACH FUNDRAISING EVENT AND ITS PROPOSED WORK SCHEDULES, COST AND ESTIMATED RETURNS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR APPROVAL.

DISTRIBUTION OF INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISERS WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON PARTICIPATION.

ANOTHER ADULT CAN REPRESENT A MEMBER IF THEY CANNOT WORK THEIR TIME SLOT. APPROVAL MUST BE GIVEN BY THE BOARD MEMBER IN CHARGE.

WHEN TIMES ARE DESIGNATED, MEMBERS SHOULD ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR WORK TIME.

IF A MEMBER CHOOSES TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN AN INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISER THEY WILL RECEIVE NO BENEFIT FROM SAID EVENT.

VOLUME SERVICE (CENTERPLATE) FUNDRAISING EFFORTS WILL BE DIRECTED BY THE VOLUME SERVICE COORDINATOR AND SCHEDULERS WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

DISTRIBUTION OF VOLUME SERVICE (CENTERPLATE) FUNDRAISERS IS BASED SOLELY ON PARTICIPATION.

THE BOOSTER CLUB HAS ONE GENERAL FUNDRAISER EACH YEAR – RECITAL. THE MONIES RECEIVED FROM CONCESSION STAND AND FLOWER SALES GO INTO THE GENERAL OPERATING FUND AND ARE USED TO SUPPORT ACTIVITES FOR THE ENTIRE COMPANY.

ALL BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO WORK AT LEAST ONE SHIFT IN THE CONCESSION STAND OR FLOWER STAND AS PART OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP.

AT THE END OF MEMBERSHIP, ALL MONEY CREDITED TO MEMBER’S ACCOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE GENERAL FUND IF NOT USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS.

RENEWALS ARE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS WITH THE COMPANY SEASON RUNNING FROM SEPTEMBER 1-AUGUST 31.

AS A MEMBER OF STEPPIN OUT COMPANY BOOSTER CLUB, I HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE STANDING RULES.
